A Day in the Life of a Ugandan Child is an original installation piece creating an interactive glimpse into the day to day life of Ugandan children. The display features everyday objects such as plates, soap, school uniforms and brooms as well as special items like African dolls and banana leaf soccer balls.

Children are able to reach out and touch the objects used by their peers across the globe, giving them a tactile learning experience. They will observe just how similar they are to African children, while also discovering the key differences which will hopefully open their hearts to compassion.

To have a presentation of A Day in the Life brought to your school, church or children’s group please contact Jamie Laslo at Jamie@pearlministries.org.
